Halloween Safety Tips

Trick-or-treating is a customary practice for children on Halloween in many countries. Children in costumes travel from house to house in order to ask for treats such as candy (or, in some cultures, money) with the question “Trick or treat?”.

Monday, October 29, 2012. 42 Division. On Saturday, October 27, 2012, police attended an apartment building at 4091 Sheppard Avenue East for an unknown trouble call. Officers attended the 18th floor after complaints of a strong chemical smell.
